Based in Illinois, Astrin currently is a current PhD Candidate at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and effectively holds both Editor and Record Keeper roles and is an active contributor with Team Shining Star, a virtual research team, specializing in team diversity.

Thandi has professional experience with data reporting and as a data analyst, graphics and website designer, process improvement, database design, spreadsheet development, organizational skills, and professional and scholarly presentation development. Based in New York State, she is currently a PhD Candidate and online student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is an active contributor, Spokesperson and Team Leader with Team Shining Star, a virtual research team, specializing in team diversity.
